About Mirsky Sailing
Mirsky Sailing is the simplest tool you can find on the Internet that will make you a better sailor.
Andre runs online courses, usually with just one sailor per session, to improve his 'athletes' weaknesses.
The target audience for this mentoring is people who already know how to sail, for those who race but still can't get consistent results.
This advice, or mentoring, as it is more commonly referred to nowadays, works very well for both ocean sailors and monotype sailors.
But without a doubt, the sailor who improves the fastest is the skipper of an ocean boat, a person who raced many races when he was young, stopped sailing to devote himself to his career, and now, with more time and resources, wants to return to sailing but is no longer satisfied with frustrating results.
Thanks to the evolution of the media and, of course, GPS instruments, understanding what happened during a training session or race is now possible. The use of applications that record what happens during the race, which in F1 we called Telemetry, makes online analysis work almost as well as on-water monitoring.
You can find more information about costs and possibilities on the e-sailing page, there you can choose whether you just for a chat to clear up any doubts, or dive into a deep a long-term program, with objectives and stages to be completed.

Services
Mirsky Sailing is growing and wants to be on several fronts at the same time.
While Andre's priority is to dedicate himself as much as possible to the projects he's involved in as a professional sailor, his dream is to be able to occupy the time when he's not sailing by advising sailors who want to improve their performance in regattas.
In addition to his work as a coach, which in 2025 is being concentrated only on the Finn class, the idea is to have a training program aimed at one-design ocean sailing teams, such as the new teams arriving to sail in the Swan36 and Soto40 in the South America.
Finally, a small movement in the Netherlands, where the company wants to grow by providing services only to sailboats. For the time being we are only serving Almere, but soon we would like to be able to serve the whole of the Netherlands, with basic and accessible services.
